    • Off shore trips may include the canyons, or the flats short of the canyons. These trips are our favorite trips and give you the best chance of getting tuna and other pelagic species.

    • Trips between May-July are generally trolling, casting, and jigging.

    • Trips from July-October are generally chunking/jigging/popping.

    • For 12-16 hour trips the price includes fuel up to 180 gallons.

Striped Bass Charters (6-8 hours)

  • Prices are trip dependent.

    • Casting/baiting $1,200 +tax and tip (up to 6 passengers)

    • Trolling + casting/baiting $1,500 (up to 5 passengers)

  • Catch and release, or keep what you catch.

  • To protect these fish we will NOT remove fish from the water for pictures. The only fish that will be removed from the water are those you intend to keep.

Fishing Gear

  • All rods, reels, tackle, and bait are provided.

  • You may bring your own rod/reel if appropriate for the target species.

  • If you use our tackle with your personal gear (except bottom fishing), you are responsible for lost gear.

Fish Cleaning

  • We clean fluke and sea bass at the dock while refueling/unloading.

  • Time is limited at the dock; we will filet what we can during that window.

  • For tuna trips, especially with a mate onboard, we will work to have all fish cleaned before you leave.

  • Bring large coolers for tuna trips: a 50-lb yellowfin yields ~25 lbs of meat and easily fills a small cooler.

Tuna Limits

  • Yellowfin: 3 per person (27” minimum)

  • Bluefin: 2 per boat (1 between 27-47”, 1 between 47-72”)

    • Regulations subject to change. Inshore trolling for bluefin tends to be for larger fish that are catch and release only due to size/season limits.

  • Crew is happy to take home any leftover meat only if you don’t want it.

Fuel Surcharge information: Additional fuel, if required due to distance or conditions, will be charged at dockside fuel cost. We will inform you prior to your trip of the likelihood of exceeding the planned fuel amount, and will never surprise you with an additional cost that we have not previously discussed.
